Good question. Orders usually ship out in 1–3 business days. If it’s been longer, check your spam for the tracking email or just message us.
The thing I want is out of stock. Forever?
Probably not! Most products—like our date energy bites—get restocked often. Use the “Notify Me” option or send us a message. We’ll let you know when it’s back.
Do you actually read these messages or is it a robot?
Yep, we read everything. No auto-replies here. A real human will get back to you (who may or may not be eating date cookies while replying).
My package says delivered, but… it’s not here?
Okay, deep breath—we’ve been there. Sometimes delivery agents mark it “delivered” before it actually reaches you. Give it 24 hours. Still nothing? Email us with your order ID and we’ll chase it down like date crumbs on the floor.
