Refunds? Here’s How We Handle It
Okay, so here’s the thing—We sell dates (and stuff made with them). That means it’s all perishable. Once it leaves us, we can’t really take it back. Hope that makes sense.. But we’re not here to be difficult.
If you got something that was:
- damaged (like actually damaged, not just a dented box),
- spoiled when it arrived, or
- not what you ordered at all…
…then yep, reach out. Within 48 hours, please. Send us photos (videos help too, honestly), and give us a quick description of the issue.
We’ll look into it—if it checks out, we’ll refund the amount to whatever payment method you used. Usually takes a week or so, depending on the bank, payment app, or wherever it came from.
Just a heads up: we don’t refund if the courier took forever (we don’t control that), or if the item was totally fine but you left it out in the heat for two days. Not much we can do there.
Also, refunds aren’t automatic. Someone from the team actually goes through each request—so thanks in advance for being patient.
Bottom line: if it’s our fault, we’ll fix it. If not, we’ll still try to be helpful.
