Legal Stuff
We’re an Indian business, so we follow Indian laws. That includes (but isn’t limited to):
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The E-Commerce Rules (2020)
- FSSAI regulations
- Packaging laws under the Legal Metrology Rules
- Copyright Act, Trademark Act, Indian Contract Act… you get the idea.
We’re fully FSSAI-licensed and keep our packaging, food safety, and labeling up to date with current norms.
Who Can Order
If you’re over 18 and not barred by law from entering into contracts, go ahead. If you’re younger, your parent/guardian should probably supervise.
What We Sell
Our products include a bunch of stuff made from premium dates:
- Whole dates (various types)
- Date bars, energy bites
- Cookies and baked snacks
- Chocolates and confections
- Date seed powder
Every product is made with clean, high-quality ingredients. No unnecessary preservatives (unless the label says otherwise).
Since these are handcrafted or natural, slight differences in texture or appearance may happen. That’s normal.
Shelf life matters. Don’t eat stuff past its date.
Allergy note: Products might contain nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, etc. Check the label. If you’re unsure, reach out.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in INR and already include GST.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. All payments go through secure gateways. If a price changes suddenly, that’s probably us adjusting it on the backend—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship only in India. Usually, orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Depending on where you live, delivery might take 3 to 7 working days.
Shipping charges, if there are any, will show up at checkout. You’ll get tracking info once it’s shipped.
Refunds & Returns
This one’s important. Our stuff is perishable. So unless:
- The product was damaged, or
- You got the wrong item, or
- Something arrived spoiled…
…we can’t do returns. If any of that does happen, contact us within 48 hours. Photos or videos really help us sort it out faster.
If we approve the refund, it’ll go back to your original payment method in about 7–10 working days.
We don’t refund things like delivery delays unless we were clearly at fault.
Your Info & Privacy
To process your order, we need a few things: your name, address, email, number, and payment details. It’s all handled under India’s IT Act and privacy rules from 2011.
By placing an order, you’re okay with us using your info for basic order stuff—shipping, updates, and customer service.
Ownership & Use
All the stuff you see on this site—logo, photos, text, names, product descriptions—it’s ours. Copyrighted. Trademarked. Protected under Indian law.
Please don’t copy or use it for anything commercial without asking us.
We’re Not Liable For…
- Delivery delays caused by courier services
- Reactions to ingredients clearly listed on the label
- Any indirect damages
If something goes wrong, our liability won’t be more than the value of the product you bought.
Legal Disputes
If anything ever goes to court (we hope not), it’ll be handled under Indian law and heard in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
